June 4, 2015: Three Good Things

1. I slept through the morning.This meant that I missed breakfast, my post breakfast glucose reading, and a few other things in the checklist. And I’m okay with it. I needed the sleep. I did my best with what I had today, and that’s all I can do from day to day.

2. I had a good radio show this evening. Lots of interaction with the audience, lots of fun.

3. I got a new tactic for dealing with times of panic and irrationality.
